Dr. Ants Haavel is an ophthalmologist, laser eye surgeon, and the founder of KSA Vision Clinic. He is a member of leading professional societies in Estonia, Europe, and the United States, and is recognized as an expert in refractive surgery and corneal treatments.

Dr. Karl-Erik Tillmann is an ophthalmologist and refractive surgery specialist with international experience. He is a member of the Estonian Society of Ophthalmologists as well as the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS). He is known for his strong interest in technology and the applications of artificial intelligence in modern medicine.

Ave Treier works as a refractive surgery assistant at the KSA Silmakeskus. She is a member of the European Society of Refractive Surgery Nurses and Technicians and is also a member of the Estonian Surgical Nurses Association.

Anni works at KSA Silmakeskus as a procedural nurse, supporting both the team and patients in their daily work.
She continuously develops her knowledge and skills in the healthcare field. Anni helps ensure that eye examinations and procedures are carried out smoothly and professionally so that every patient’s experience is safe and comfortable.
Anni has also undergone the Flow3 laser procedure herself, which allows her to support patients both with her professional knowledge and personal experience.

Liisi performs vision examinations at KSA Silmakeskus.She acquired her specialty in optometry at the Tallinn Health Care College and has worked in the field for years now.Liisi is a member of the European Society of Ophthalmic Nurses and Technicians, as well as a member of the Estonian Society of Optometrists.

Helena joined the KSA team at the end of 2021 and performs eye examinations at our Tartu clinic.She is characterized by quick adaptation, conscientiousness, precision, and friendliness.She acquired her specialty in optometry at the Tallinn Health Care College and has also completed numerous trainings in optics and customer relations.

Tiit is an optometrist at KSA Silmakeskus who conducts vision examinations. He acquired his specialty in optometry at the Tallinn Health Care College and has worked in the field for over 6 years. By nature, he is kind, precise, and conscientious. Tiit wishes that all people could enjoy clear vision.

Anita holds a degree in optometry from Tallinn Health Care College and is a member of the Estonian Optometrists’ Society. She has over nine years of experience in the optical field and has further developed her expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of dry eye.Anita also has personal experience of becoming free from minus glasses through the Flow3 laser procedure.

Anita is an optometrist at KSA Silmakeskus who graduated from Tallinn Health Care College and has furthered her studies at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki. Before joining the KSA team, she worked in the optical field both as an optometrist and as a manager, and she is a member of the Estonian Optometrists’ Society.In addition to her professional experience, Anita also has personal experience with the Flow3 laser procedure.

Liina works at KSA Silmakeskus as an optometrists’ assistant and studies optometry at Tallinn Health Care College. She has several years of experience in the optical field and has also freed herself from minus glasses through the Flow laser procedure.

Birke works at KSA Silmakeskus as an optometrists’ assistant and the administrator of the Tartu clinic. She has extensive experience in the service sector, which has shaped her strong client-focused approach and her ability to notice and understand people’s needs.

Polina works as an optometrists’ assistant and takes part in conducting eye examinations. She continuously develops her knowledge in the field of optometry and has previous experience in the optical field.Polina values building a good connection with clients and focuses on accuracy and smooth service in her daily work. She also has personal experience with the Flow laser procedure.

Lilia works at KSA Silmakeskus as a call center and client consultant. She studied Finnish philology at Tallinn University and communicates fluently with clients in Estonian, Russian, English, and Finnish.
Lilia also freed herself from minus glasses at KSA, which allows her to understand clients well both during the decision-making stage and after the procedure.
